A murder investigation is underway after a womans body was found in a garage in south east London.
The victim has not been identified but the family of a woman in her 50s reported missing on May 15 have been informed.
Police were called to the garage in Blackheath around 5pm on Friday after the body was discovered.
A post-mortem carried out today was not able to establish the cause of death.
Detective Chief Inspector David Blair, who is leading the investigation said: Although cause of death has not been determined, the woman who was sadly found deceased has injuries suggestive of third-party involvement.
At this stage we are working hard to establish the circumstances of the womans death, which is being investigated as a murder.
