Prepare to have your mind blown.
OK, it may not necessarily be blown but you’ll definitely be intrigued.
Woman severely injured after acid attack in Canary Wharf
A Twitter user’s dad has made a brilliant observation.
Bethbethbeth’s father spotted the following: ‘My Dad’s just told me that on New Year’s Eve, every single adult in the world will have been born in the 20th century and every child will have been born in the 21st century, and that’s the only day that’s true for, and my mind is suitably BLOWN.’

If you’re struggling with the concept (which many are) it basically means anyone who was born prior to New Year’s Day, in 2000, is older than 18.
But on January 1 those born in 2000 will start turning 18.
This all adds up to New Year’s Eve being the only time when ‘every single adult in the world will have been born in the 20th century and every child will have been born in the 21st century’.

But some haters who didn’t want to let Bethbethbeth’s dad have his moment of glory pointed out the claim may not be true.
They argued the 21st century actually started on January 1, 2001, so the whole point was wrong.
That means you may have to wait until next year to be wowed by Bethbethbeth’s dad.
