A 74 year-old woman whose 72 year-old roomate allegedly attacked her over an electricity bill fought him off by grabbing his testicles.
Charlotte Simons said she fought back after Leo Miller tried to suffocate her with a plastic bag as she watched TV.

She told KPTV: ‘ I reached for his gonads and I just squeezed them as hard as I could.
If I had a pair of cutters, he wouldn’t be wearing ‘em today, he’d be at the hospital.’
Charlotte claims she was attacked by Miller earlier this month after asking her former roommate for half an electricity bill, which he said he wasn’t ready to pay.
Miller, who answered an ad for the room on Craigslist, then reportedly flew at her while she sat watching TV in a recliner at her home in Tigard, Or.
Recalling the alleged ordeal, Charlotte continued: ‘He thought he could suffocate me with that.
‘I played dead… I just went limp and he thought that he killed me.’
She pushed the emergency button on her Life Alert necklace to call for help.
But Miller then heard her screaming ‘I need police, he’s trying to kill me,’ and reportedly began punching her in the face, injuring her so badly that one of her eyes swelled shut.
Charlotte said she hopes Miller will never get out of jail, saying: ‘If you want to beat up on somebody, go to the gym and work out on a body bag.’
He denied assault last week and is being held in Washington County Jail on $50,000 bond.
