In the clip, you see workers on board the vessel trying to stabilise it as huge waves head towards them in the background.
The ship then sways side-to-side as it battles to stay afloat in the North Sea.
In the meantime, an alarm rings out, and at one point the waves completely engulf the ship, smothering it in water.
But the boat seems unfazed by the constant battering and the crew are visibly thankful they are on-board such a sturdy structure.

The horrendous weather conditions, caused by a storm in the north east of the Shetland Islands, is reported to have continued for three days,
And this is not the first clip to have come from the horrifying ordeal that occurred on January 17.
Earlier this month we saw the same ship completely submerged by huge waves, during its emergency response and rescue mission.

Although the ship was battling rough conditions, crew members who shot the footage said they were unfazed by the fierce elements.
One said: “We have all seen much worse weather than this, which is why we are taking it all in our stride.”
The crew’s job is to perform sweeping search-and-rescue operations for ships and platforms that may be in trouble.
