In the clip, you see the eerie scenes the pair face, as they passed through abandoned shafts and uncover hidden mysteries.

The curious duo are examining the tunnels that once pumped water into Las Vegas, from Lake Mead in Nevada, USA.

The clip was originally uploaded to YouTube in 2015, but it has only just gained popularity after being shared on Reddit.

EERIE: The video made some viewers feel uncomfortable

Since it was posted yesterday, almost 150 people have liked it.

And the majority of them were left terrified.

One wrote: “One of the scariest things I’ve seen.”

And another simply added: “Absolutely horrifying."

Others were quick to point out the footage is captured close by a crashed Boeing B-29 wreckage.

The plane landed in the water in 1945 — three years after the end of the Second World War.

All five people onboard survived the crash and were rescued six hours later.

They were instructed not to disclose any information about the flight, its mission or the incident.

More than 50 years later, in 2001, a private dive team discovered the wreck using scanning technology.

Forgotten shipwrecks of the Atlantic

These are the forgotten shipwrecks of the Atlantic Ocean dating back to the First World War. The liners were sunk by torpedoes and mines and now lie on the seabed, just off the Irish coast. But the site laid inside a national protected area.

In 2007 the National Park Service opened the wreckage to allow private companies to conduct dives.

Only yesterday, we saw an astonishing clip showing the 'City of trains' that lies deep in the Atlantic Ocean.

And earlier that day, a group of brave skydivers plummeted into a huge cave.
