She leaves her social media followers in awe of her rippling six pack, and now Davina McCall hopes her posts can inspire other women.
In particular, new mums!
According to The Mirror, Davina admitted, “I had three babies and my last was 10lb 2oz. I had enormous babies and the [six-pack] tummy will come back.”
Davina – who is a mum-of-three to Holly, 16, Tilly, 14 and Chester, 11 – is hoping to show new mums that once you have kids, you can still get the best body of your life.
“And I hope that, to any new mummies out there, I am a good advert for when it [your flat stomach] is gone, don’t think it is gone for ever,” she continued. “I really kicked into it about two months after I gave birth to Tilly. You have to find exercise you like. When you have a new baby you don’t really want to exercise, but I’ve never regretted a workout.”
It’s clear that Davina really has found the exercises that she loves, as she looks better than ever with her rippling six pack.
And, with a string of successful fitness DVDs behind her and the release of her latest cook book, there’s no denying Davina has become known for her love of fitness.

In fact, she’s currently training to become a personal trainer so that she can help others shift the pounds and become fully qualified doing the thing that she loves.
And, it looks as though she’s well on track as she recently shared a snap with her 834,000 Instagram followers revealing that she had passed her exams.
