Footage of a police pat down a mom claimed was inappropriate has been released.

Patricia Wilson sued Campbell County PD trooper Isaiah Lloyd for $100,000 after claiming he had sexually harassed her and touched her inappropriately.

But he was cleared of any wrongdoing Monday after Tennessee prosecutors said he had only done his job during the August 2017 stop near Knoxville.

The footage, recorded on Trooper Lloyd’s dashcam, shows him pulling over Wilson’s black pickup for not wearing a seatbelt.

He asks her if she is under the influence, to which she replies: ‘No, I do not drugs, no nothing, swear to God.’

She said the encounter – the first of two stops by the cop that day – left her in tears

Trooper Lloyd then makes her place her hands on the pickup hood and bend over, during which time he pats her waistband area for around 15 seconds.

After Wilson tells him she sometimes takes prescription sleeping pill Ambien, he wrongly tells her it is a narcotic before giving her field sobriety tests.

She is allowed to go on her way by Trooper Lloyd.

But Lloyd stopped her again three hours later, with her two young children in the car, for having windows that were tinted too dark, and being ‘all over the road.’

A statement from Tennessee’s District Attorney accepted Lloyd had been ‘inconsistent’ but that there were no grounds to charge him.

Their judgement, reported by WATE said: ‘Our review of this matter revealed that Trooper Lloyd’s actions were inconsistent with his training and Tennessee Department of Safety General Orders,’ the statement said.

‘However, we do not believe that Trooper Lloyd’s actions during his encounters with Ms. Wilson in Campbell Co.’

But Tennessee Highway Patrol disputed Lloyd had done anything wrong at all, insisting he had acted ‘in a professional manner in an effort to protect the public.’

He is now back on active duty.
