Davina McCall marked the big 5-0 in October, but she’s proving age is nothing but a number after posting an au natural video.
Chilling in her bath tub, the former Big Brother presenter showed off flawless skin, as she shared the reason behind her fitness videos.
“So this morning, I worked out to myself – to Toned Intense. I did the warm up, I did ‘Flex and Flow’, I did abs, I did HIIT, and I did ‘Cool Down’. And that’s because, I’ve got my son and I couldn’t get out and I couldn’t get to the gym,” she told her 837k followers.
Before dashing a smile for the camera, she added, “And that’s exactly why I made this DVD because I’m absolutely like trashed after it. I mean it’s a really amazing work out. But I did it literally in a sports bra and a pair of pants. I mean, you don’t need trainers, it’s brilliant.
“Even though I said to myself… sorry I’m in the bath, it’s quite familiar of me, you see – sorry. And I’ve got no make up on, and I know I look rough, but I’m 50, and it’s Sunday morning, and just get over it!”

… I really mean bubbles popping) Fans instantly rushed to comment on the video, as they praised the mum-of-three for looking ‘great’ without a full face of glam.
“You look amazing with no make up. I hope I look that good at 50,” one wrote.
“You don’t look fifty at all. Or rough,” another said.
“Oh @davinamccall you so don’t look rough!! You always look great from where I’m standing 
(was gonna say ‘sitting’ but thought I shouldn’t be so lazy 
),” a third commented.
It’s great to see the 50-year-old in great spirits, after she admitted to experiencing a lonely Christmas, following her split from her husband of 17 years, Matthew Robertson – whom she shares daughters Holly, 16, Tilly, 14, and son Chester, 11, with.
In an official statement, she revealed, “I am very sad to say that Matthew and I have separated. Our amazing children are our number one priority, above everything else.”
