She is partially sighted and deaf and has been missing from her home in Harrow, north London, since 10.30am on Friday.
Eileen had spoken to family over the phone and gave them no cause for concern.
But a tracking device she wears so family can monitor her has since shown Eileen going to places she is not familiar with.
These include Kingsbury, Grosvenor Road and Buckingham Palace Road.
She was last tracked at Vauxhall Bridge Road just after 5pm before the device ran out of battery.

Anyone who sees Eileen is asked to call police on 101, or contact Harrow police on 07769162964.
