Crufts owners might spend hours preening their pooches to give nothing but the best impression for the judges.
But for the second year running, a befuddled dog has well and truly stolen the show.
Man arranged picnic to celebrate Henry the Hoover and 37,000 people wanted to go
Last year Olly the Jack Russell failed on an epic scale Rescue Dog Agility Course.
But this year it was Kratu the cross-breed who represented all underdogs who have absolutely no idea what they are doing.
Kratu was filmed wandering around an assault course totally confused, because why would a dog want to crawl through a plastic tunnel?
But the dog had a secret weapon despite not going where his owner Tessa directed him – looking really cute and eager.
And that will get anyone a lot of brownie points with the Crufts crowd.
The four-year-old emotional support dog from Wood Green had the audience eating out of his paws, despite missing jumps, weaves and wandering off the course.
Channel 4 commentator Peter Purvis certainly was a fan of Kratu as he could not stop laughing through his performance.
He said: ‘He just can’t help himself can he? Good old Kratu. He is the reason Kratu gets up every day.
He added: ‘This is hysterical, why would he do that? Yes, Kratu.’
The NEC crowd cheered Kratu and Tess to the rafters as they exited the show, showing that it really is the taking part that counts in Crufts.
