Filmed in San Diego, US, the packed Adventure Hornblower vessel is seen trying to dock after a whale watching trip.
Continuing at speed, it shows no sign of slowing down as it nears the pathway.
Clearly worried at the ship’s progress, people on land begin quickly running out of the way.

The situation looks bleak as an elderly lady can be seen struggling to get away in time.
But thankfully, a man goes over and helps her along just as the front of the ship ploughs into the wooden harbour.
The boat then grinds to a halt shortly after smashing through the wood.
The video has had over nine million views after it was uploaded to YouTube with users shocked at what happened.
