Drivers – don’t even think about heading off before the mist has fully cleared from your windscreen.
And while we’re giving out advice, you shouldn’t cut the corner when you make a turning, either.

But don’t just take our word for it – watch this clip of the moment a cyclist was hit by a distracted driver.
Cyclist Simon Wakefield posted a video shot from his helmet cam of a car driving directly into him in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
And he added that the man driving the car admitted that he didn’t have a perfect view through his windscreen at the time of the crash.
Mr Wakefield said: ‘Riding my bike up to the junction when some idiot cuts the corner and hits me head on.
‘His excuse was that his device in his car that clears his window screen wasn’t working. Have you ever heard anything like it?’
Mr Wakefield said that the driver stopped to check he was ok and helped him pick up his bike.
