Loose Womens Andrea McClean got down with the kids over the weekend, as she took to Instagram to perform a dance with her daughter Amy.
Wearing a pair of joggers and pop art jumper, the 48-year-old practiced how to do the Floss – a popular dance move invented by 16-year-old American school kid Russell Horning – as she followed instructions from her 11-year-old daughter.
“Am I doing it? I feel like Im doing it!” she asked Amy – whom she shares with her ex husband Steve Toms – in the video clip posted to her 140K followers.
Laughing as her mother swung her arms around ecstatically, Amy then responded: “You need to do it quicker.”
At which point, Andrea upped her movement, almost knocking over their family golden retriever as he came through the door.
LOL.
She captioned the hilarious clip: “Crushed it. #mumdancing #floss”
Within seconds, hysterical fans rushed to comment on the video, as they empathised with Andrea.
“OMG. Well done because I have tried to soooo many times and just cannot get the hang of it lol my 10 year old son is amazing at it well done ” one said.
Ive tried this once and what a Flipping disaster. Have no coordination. Well done. Its all the rave.x another added.
“Too funny! My grandson has tried to teach me this! I think Im doing it but prob not! Ill see if he can jive! I can do that! ” a third commented.
Fellow Loose Women panelist,Linda Robson, couldnt hold back her laughter either, writing: “So funny you and Amy @andreamclean1 Id be the same.”
And it seems the dancing must have tired Andrea out, as the next day, the TV presenter – who is also mum to Finlay, 16, from her first marriage to Nick Green – attempted to meditate, only to fail.
Sharing a video, the brunette beauty revealed her struggle.
She said: “I watched this video yesterday. Its this woman chatting about all the things that make her happy, and its all to do with getting up early and meditating and all those sort of things, so I thought Id try this today.
“Have you ever tried to meditate when the dog is barking and the kids are running around? I just keep hearing mysterious thuds and Ive got my headphones in and all I can hear is this lady saying: There is nowhere you need to be right now. And all I can think of is are they burning down the house? I dont think this is going to work for me!”
Haha, better luck next time, Andrea!
