ROOM WITH A VIEW: This stunning resort is bound to draw in the customers

A luxury resort has guaranteed that guests will get the most spectacular sea view possible in a quirky underwater room.

Guests can then catch a glimpse of sharks, manta rays and turtles from the comfort of their own beds.

Conrad Maldives Rengali Island are the brains behind the breathtaking new experience.

Petting a GREAT WHITE shark? Are you insane?!

Photographer Jean Marie Ghislain had an astonishing encounter with the largest predator in the world: the Great White shark. He came across the beast while off the coast of Guadelupe. The sharks can grow to 20 feet in length and weigh up to 2,000 kilograms. At this point, you'd probably start regretting thinking it was a good idea to pet a Great WhiteCaters News Agency At this point, you'd probably start regretting thinking it was a good idea to pet a Great White

The resort, which previously opened the worlds first undersea restaurant, is bound to rake in customers with its latest idea.

Reportedly, bosses have invested more than £10 million to create the stunning underwater cabin.

The Maraka room, which can host up to nine people, is named after the coral that surrounds it.

SHORE TO IMPRESS: You can even admire the marine life while you pee

The villa is made up of two stories – and only one of these is below water.

On the bottom floor, guests can enjoy the gorgeous colours and marine life of the Indian Ocean.

Above the ground, there are all the amenities you would need to make your stay a luxurious one.

The area consists of: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bar and dining area, a gym, butlers quarters and private security quarters.

If youre looking to kick back and catch some sun, you can also head to the private pool on the villas relaxation deck.

Unsurprisingly, staying a night in the unique villa comes at a hefty price.

While there has been no official cost confirmation, some have estimated that youll have to fork out around £35,500 per night.

Those lucky enough to be able to afford this will have to wait until later this year to make a booking.

The villa is expected to open to the public at the end of 2018.
