And there's something very special about what Charlotte is wearing – did you spot it?
Prince George may not have been present in the Cambridges latest photoshoot, but there was a subtle nod towards him – and its all to do with Charlottes outfit.
Kensington Palace released a new picture of newborn Prince Louis with his elder sister Princess Charlotte yesterday, but the photograph was actually taken on 2nd May – Charlottes birthday – when Prince George was likely at school.
3-year-old Princess Charlotte is wearing a super cute patterned blue knit cardigan for the photograph – and it looks awfully familiar…
The cosy knit is, in fact, a hand-me-down from big brother George, who wore the jumper in the photoshoot celebrating his great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth IIs 90th birthday back in April 2016. The jumper was designed by Spanish brand Fina Ejerique, and retails at $52.
“We couldnt be happier to see little Princess Charlotte wearing the same cardigan Prince George once wore,” designer Ana Pérez tells PEOPLE.
“It is a huge pleasure to be among the brands in their wardrobe.”
The royal family often use hand me downs for their little ones. Princess Charlotte has been pictured before wearing Harrys red shoes, while Louis was wearing the same knitted cap on the steps of the Lindo Wing as Princess Charlotte.
