Amazing! Amanda Holden shows off her tiny body after a juice retreat

She might be a 47-year-old mum-of-two, but Amanda Holden proved shes still got it, as she shared a post work out picture on Instagram.

Wearing a pair of teeny gym shorts and an ab-exposing crop top, the Britains Got Talent judge showed off her slim waist, toned legs and biceps, as she enjoyed a smoothie at a fitness bootcamp.

“#juice on the #beach@prestigebootcamp #friends #fitness#fun ” she wrote alongside the sizzling snap.

Within seconds, fans rushed to comment on the photo, as they praised the TV judge for her “amazing” figure and maintaining her youthful looks.

“You look younger and fitter than many women in their twenties and thirties,” one said.

“Looking good Amanda, absolutely gorgeous, the perfect woman,” another wrote.

“Check you out …. fantastic figure Amanda x” a third added.

“Wowzer you look stunning, Amanda! one commented.

But while theres no denying the Television personality looked stunning, as she cooled down from an afternoon hike, fans couldnt help but noticing that shed gone braless for the outing, with one cheekily saying: “Looks a bit nippy out.”

Haha.

Amanda is currently working up a sweat in Portugal on Prestige Bootcamps fitness retreat, along with Geordie Shores Vicky Pattison and Coronation Street actor Charlie Condou.

But although Amanda has been keen to share that shes working hard at getting into shape, the petite star – who is mum to Alexa, 12 and Hollie, six, from her ex husband music producer Chris Hughes – did manage to fit in some afternoon shopping to her busy day.

As she made her way up a hill with her mini shopping haul, the blonde beauty joked to her fans: “Climbing up this mountain on our hike. Ive done a bit of shopping, and now Ive got to carry my bags!

Haha, youre not getting any sympathy from us, Amanda!
