Jamie and Louise Redknapp shocked the whole nation when they announced their split last year.
But while were still not over one of our favourite celeb couples calling it quits, it seems as though 43-year-old Louise is trying her best to move on as she shared a rather cryptic message on Tuesday.
Taking to Instagram, the mum-of-two posted a sweet photo with some inspirational words which read: “Its OK if you fall down and lose your spark.
“Just make sure that when you get back up, you rise as the whole damn fire.”

Louises post comes after reports have emerged recently that Jamie – who shares two children Beau and Charles with his ex – has a new girlfriend in the form of model Julia Restoin Roitfeld.
According to the Daily Mail, the ex-footie star has recently been meeting up with the 37-year-old whenever she flies from her New York home to London.
While 44-year-old Jamie is yet to speak on the romance rumours, a source told the paper: “Jamie is a sucker for posh girls these days.
“Hes been texting Julia asking her for dates whenever she is back in London”. Hmm…

Now, we dont know much about Julia so far, but what we do know is that as well as modelling, she works graphic designer for huge clients in the UK and across the pond and has her own maternity website.
Like Jamie the star is also a parent, and shares a five-year daughter with her ex-boyfriend.
Jamie and Louise were married for 19 years before they sensationally split last year shortly after Naked singer Louise had finished the Strictly Come Dancing tour.
On December 29 the former couple reportedly had their marriage dissolved at the Central Family Court in London in a swift 25-second court hearing.
Although neither stars have revealed the REAL reason behind the relationship breakdown, divorce papers obtained show that Jamie has been blamed, with Louise citing unreasonable behaviour in the court documents.
