Aww – its been revealed that after weeks of speculation, Pippa Middletons brother-in-law Spencer Matthews has recently got married, to Irish model Vogue Williams!
According to Hello! magazine, the couple, who are expecting their first child in August, wed in an intimate ceremony at the Matthews Glen Affric estate in Scotland.
Reportedly, Spencer and Vogue, who have been together for three years, were surrounded by family and friends for the special occassion. James Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridges brother, was also in attendance, having grown close to Spencer and Vogue since his sister Pippa, married Spencers brother James.
In fact, James even read one of the three readings at the ceremony. Pippas husband also acted as best man for his younger brother.
Its not yet clear whether Pippa – who is also pregnant – attending the nuptials.
Hello! also reports that blossoming bride Vogue wore an off-white silk v-neck wedding dress, specially designed for her by her friend and designer Paul Costello. Reportedly, Spencer donned a midnight blue morning suit, by Tony Lutwyche.
And it seems the couples guests were also treated to some delicious-sounding food too, including a inmpressive three-tier sponge wedding cake, made with fresh strawberries, vanilla cream, and buttercream frosting, made by a local baker.
Vogue and Spencers wedding comes just six months after the former Made In Chelsea star proposed to his beau, at a West End production of The Lion King.
The pair are also looking forward to welcoming their first child too, a baby boy, with Vogue currently six months pregnant. According to The Sun, the pair are planning to name their first-born Stanley, but “are keeping the reasons for choosing Stanley very close to their chests”.
Its set to be a very happy time in the family in the next few months, with sister-in-law Pippa also expecting her first baby with hubby James.
