Yet more proof that Princess Charlotte is following in her Gan Gans footsteps.
At just three years old, Princess Charlotte still has much to learn about being a member of the royal family. But, while shes still a child, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been firm that Charlotte, like all their children, will live a life as close to normal as possible despite being royalty.
So, this means no training in royal etiquette just yet for little Princess Charlotte, who instead can just focus on being a kid and growing up.
However, this doesnt stop Kate and Prince Williams only daughter from picking up a thing or two on how to be an exemplary royal from her great-grandmother, the Queen.
Princess Charlotte has already been compared on numerous occasions to her Gan Gan, with her likeness to a young Queen Elizabeth pointed out frequently. Now it seems that the lively three-year-old is already following in her great-grandmothers footsteps and learning some lessons on how to ace public appearances by watching Her Majesty at work.
Most recently, Princess Charlotte was spotted taking her great-grandmothers lead at the Trooping the Colour celebrations in London.
With the rest of the royal family around her, Princess Charlotte watched the annual aerial display from the balcony of Buckingham Palace to celebrate the Queens birthday.
After the flypast, the Queen was seen waving at the cheering well-wishers, while Princess Charlotte clapped her hands along with the crowds below. In a video from the event, Princess Charlotte can then be seen looking over at her Gan Gan, and after noticing that the Queen was waving, not clapping, quickly whipping out her own cute royal wave for the crowds.
After watching the sweet moment unfold, the Duchess of Cambridge turned to share the adorable moment with Prince William, before acknowledging Princess Charlottes sweet behavior with the Queen herself.
While she might be taking a lead from the Queen, Princess Charlotte is no stranger to whipping out a royal wave at the perfect moment.
The adorable young royal sent the worlds media into a frenzy earlier this year when she turned to sweetly wave at the wall of cameras capturing the moment she entered the Lindo Wing with Prince George and Prince William to meet her new baby brother Prince Louis for the first time.
