Zoe Ball has shared an emotional message on her Instagram account, revealing that she is currently celebrating being two years sober.
The mum-of-two announced the heartwarming news on Monday, revealing that it comes after two of the toughest years of my life.
Last, year, Zoe sadly lost her boyfriend Billy Yates to suicide – and the year prior to that, split from her husband of 16 years, Norman Cook.
She wrote, Special moment. 2 years no booze – through two of the toughest years of my life, Im not sure Id have survived intact had it had not been for my sobriety & #recovery.
Zoe continued, Sending out some big love & #gratitude to everyone at #Lifeworks #Woking & my dear friends in the fellowship, & some extra big love to my family & special magic loved ones who encouraged me to get help & have supported me through everything

The Strictly star has always been open about her struggles with booze.
Speaking to Closer magazine, she confessed that she and ex Norman Cook only managed to conceive after they both gave up the drink, saying “Me and Norm call [daughter] Nelly our gift of sobriety.”
Discussing her addiction, she said, “I tried to straighten myself out several times, but Id always go back – its so hard when everyone around you is drinking.”
Zoe also revealed that the moment she knew she needed help came when her house in Hove was trashed following a wild, boozy party.
She said, “I sat sobbing, knowing if I didnt stop Id end up in a mental home. I called a therapist Id been seeing and asked for help.”
