GO LARGE: The big screen at Luna Beach

So why be stuck indoors watching the beautiful game when there are so many more exciting places to catch all the footy action?

Here we brings you the top five outdoor big screens to watch the World Cup finals this weekend…

1. Luna Beach Cinema – Brighton beach

With the highest definition screen in the country, this 3,600 capacity fan park is the perfect place to soak up all the sporting action, including Wimbledon and the Grand Prix.

Devised by former actor George Wood the giant 10m high LED screen is now in it's tenth year showing movies on the famous beach.

But when the World Cup came around he realised it was best placed to bring the games outdoors too.

"We could sell this ten times over – it's been so popular," he says. "There is literally be nowhere better to experience this summers best cinematic and sporting programmes. We upgraded the screen this year and after July it will go on tour around the UK with pop up screenings for all to enjoy."

2. The Enchanted Garden at The Last Days of Shoreditch, London

This venue installed one of the largest screens in London just to screen the World Cup games, and you may not want to miss out.

Fans will be offered a huge selection of street food, cocktails and craft beer bars from as early as 10am.

3. Impossible, Deansgate, Manchester

Dubbed the largest outdoor screen in Manchester, Impossible has a beer terrace, picnic tables, deck chairs and even a VIP section for some fans.

The venue has scrapped their guest list and has said attendance to watch the match is on a first-come first-serve basis.

4. Live from Times Square, Newcastle

Hosting a giant outdoor fan zone with a beer garden, Live from Times Square has sent fans flocking to its city centre site.

Located at the Bio Science Centre Times Square, the venue has seen scores cheering on the England team through each stage and is more than gear up for the final on Sunday.

5. The Archway, Digbeth, Birmingham

The Archway is the city's newest permanent outdoor event space, and a giant outdoor screen was put up on June 8, thought to be Birmingham's biggest screen.

The over-18s venue has free tickets, and packages including three drinks, five drinks or five drinks and food as well as street food on offer.
