Loose Women presenter Christine Lampard is expecting her first child with husband Frank this September, but it seems Christine is calling all the shots when it comes to choosing baby names.
Revealing that theyve already had the all important conversation, Christine Lampard admitted she has put her foot down on a few things.
“Calling him or her after any footballers is definitely off the agenda,” she revealed. “Ive warned Frank. We had a few discussions and it wont be happening.”
Christine, 39, added that they havent really decided on names just yet but are keen to involve Franks two daughters in the decision-making.
“We kind of have, the girls have, but nothing that is definite at all,” the Northern Irish beauty told the Daily Star.
“And it would be lovely to pick something that the girls have chosen. So well see how it goes.”
Franks daughters Luna, 12, and Isla, 11, from his previous marriage to Elen Rivas, have been very much involved in the pregnancy from the beginning.
Frank, 40, confirmed their happy news back in May with an adorable family photo on Instagram, which he captioned: “We have some exciting news we wanted to share with you. The Lampard family is growing!
“My gorgeous wife @christinelampard is pregnant and we all couldnt be happier!”
Christine reposted the picture on her profile and recently revealed in an interview that her stepdaughters were “completely beside themselves” at the news of the baby.
“It does have to be a girl though, apparently,” she told Lorraine Kelly. “Thats the only issue. I cant guarantee that! Theyre desperate for a girl.”
Christine and Frank met in 2009 and married in December 2015 in a lavish ceremony in Knightsbridge, London.
