With Strictly Come Dancing right around the corner, now Darcey Bussell has opened up about her alleged 'feud' with fellow judge Shirley Ballas.
Since head judge Shirley, 57, took over from Len Goodman last year theres been speculation that the pair arent on the best terms, especially after some seemingly awkward moments during live shows.
But now retired ballerina Darcey has claimed theres absolutely no truth in the rumours, revealing her co-star is great to be with.
“Of course I get on with Shirley”, the 49-year-old told The Telegraph.
“Shes hysterical, shes got a great sense of humour, and I totally respect her amazing amount of knowledge. Shes great to be with.”
The TV star was then asked why her male co-stars – Craig Revel-Horwood and Bruno Tonioli – are never faced with feud rumours, to which she replied, “Funny that.
“I dont know why that is. Maybe we ask for it? Im not sure. If we were in two suits, I wonder if they would treat us differently.”
This comes after the BBC unveiled a first look at the professionals in training for another bid to win that coveted Glitterball trophy last month.
Posting a photo of the likes of AJ Pritchard, Aljaž Škorjanec, Gorka Marquez and Janette Manrara hard at work in the a rehearsal studio, the caption read, “Getting ready for Strictly 2018…”.
The snap also gave fans a glimpse of newbies Graziano Di Prima, Johannes Radebe and Luba Mushtuk who will be taking to the floor for the first time in September.
However, unfortunately weve got a few more weeks until the pros are paired up with their celebrity partners, with the likes of Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley, Coleen Rooney and even Ross Kemp tipped to join the show.
Meanwhile, Strictly fan favourite Gorka also took to Instagram with a very exciting message last week.
“We are back!! @bbcstrictly 2018 series starts today”, Gemma Atkinsons boyfriend wrote.
Next to a snap of himself with former partners Tameka Empson and Alexandra Burke, he added, “Excited for my third series. Who will be sharing the dance floor with me and learning to not only dance, but also trying to understand my Spanish Accent?”
