NEW DELHI: Recovery in Asian markets after Monday's rout and Nifty futures on Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) indicate a flat opening for the domestic stocks on Tuesday. At 08:07 am, the Nifty futures of SGX traded 1.50 points or 0.01 per cent higher at 11,391.50.

Tata Steel: The steel giant on Monday reported 112.76 per cent year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 1,954.02 crore for the quarter ended June 30. Analysts in an ETNow poll had projected a profit of Rs 2,725 crore.

Sun Pharma, DB Realty, Fortis Healthcare, Rain Industries, SpiceJet, Grasim Industries, IDBI Bank and Shankara Building Products are some of the prominent names that are slated to release their Q1 results today.
Jet Airways: The airline and some credit rating agencies have come under regulatory scanner for alleged lapses in timely disclosure of default risk of loans worth Rs 11,000 crore taken from state-owned as well as private sector banks, PTI reported quoting officials.
Allahabad Bank: The government on Monday dismissed Usha Ananathasubramanian, who was three months ago divested of her powers as MD and CEO Allahabad Bank following the country's biggest bank fraud allegedly carried out by Nirav Modi and associates at PNB.
Oil India: State-owned Oil India has reported 56 per cent jump in the June quarter net profit on higher oil prices.
DHFL: Mortgage lender DHFL on Monday reported 35 per cent rise in net profit to Rs 435 crore for the first quarter ended June 30 of the current fiscal on the higher lending. Total income went up to Rs 3,156.1 crore, from Rs 2,497.1 crore.
Reliance Infrastructure: The Anil Ambani-led company is close to bagging an order for the construction of an airport at Hirasar in Gujarats Rajkot district.
Cadila Healthcare: In a strategic move, Cadila Healthcare, said it will be acquiring a 51% stake in Windlas Healthcare. The drug maker did not disclose the valuation of the deal, said an ET report.
Ruchi Soya: Fair trade regulator Competition Commission has approved the acquisition of Ruchi Soya by Adani Wilmar, said an ET report.
Dr Reddy's: Natco Pharma on Monday said its co-development and marketing partner Dr Reddys Laboratories has filed an application with the European Medicines Agency for marketing a cancer drug in Europe.
Tata Chemicals: Tata Chemicals on Monday posted 14 per cent YoY growth in consolidated net profit at Rs 269.6 crore during June quarter. The company's profit from continuing operations after tax stood at Rs 236.5 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
