Vipul Ltd climbs 14% after after UP letter of award
Shares of Vipul Ltd advanced over 13 per cent early Tuesday as the company received a letter of award from the UP Expressway Industrial Development Authority for operations, maintenance, management and transfer of wayside amenities along the Agra-Lucknow Expressway.
The first year fixed annual licence fee payable by the company to the UPEIDA is Rs 33 lakh.
The scrip rose 13.66 per cent to Rs 57 at around 10.15 am. The BSE Sensex was up 137 points, or 0.35 per cent, at 38,831 at around the same time.
Vipul, a real estate developer in NCR, is developing properties in Gurugram, Ludhiana, Bawal, Bhubaneswar and Faridabad.
