We still don't know how the Good Morning Britain team manage to get up at the crack of dawn and still present the show without a hitch.
Unfortunately, those early mornings clearly got the better of Ben Shephard on Friday after he made a pretty awkward blunder live on air.
As he sat down with Gregg Wallace alongside co-host Charlotte Hawkins, the trio began chatting about Celebrity Masterchef and his live tour.
While the interview was going smoothly, 43-year-old Ben seemed to have a slight slip of the tongue when he accidentally mistook Gregg for his on-screen Masterchef partner John Torode.
“Its lovely to see you John”, he quipped, as Charlotte gasped in shock. He then tried to backtrack as he shouted, “Um Gregg”.
Luckily, 53-year-old Gregg didnt seem offended as he joked: “Its alright Terry.” Oops!
Bens awkward mistake comes after Gregg opened up about his impressive weight loss transformation after vowing to get fit.
The former baker admitted he used to eat a fry up every morning, takeaways a few times a week and drink beer daily.
Explaining how hes managed to drop three stone, Gregg said, “Lets just say there are certain things you have to cut out. I reduced the booze, Ive had to give up fry ups and I exercise more.”
But the cheeky GMB team tested his will power as a member of the crew walked onto the set holding a plate packed with sausages and bacon.
And while Gregg didnt bat an eyelid, he did say how good the bacon smelt!
Gregg has previously explained how he managed to get healthy, telling The Sun how he simply changed his approach to food.
“I made a conscious decision to cut down on fried and high sugar foods, as well as booze — which helped me lose weight,” he said.
Revealing what he now eats, Gregg continued, “Im a huge fan of curries, chillies and stews and it is still possible to lose weight and eat hearty meals.
“Think about cooking with meats such as chicken and pork — all the things that dont have much fat.
“Use lean mince to make chillies, fill up with tasty stews stuffed full of healthy, low-calorie veg.”
