Shagun Kapur Gogia, daughter of Madhu Kapur confirmed that some shares were sold.

Madhu Kapur has taken Yes Bank and Rana Kapoor to court demanding the right to nominate directors on the bank's board.
Yes Bank shares have lost close to half of their value since the end of August. The bank share ended at Rs 203 a piece down 9.14% on Thursday.
