Robbie Williams has been mocked online after his mum-in-laws hat blew off at Princess Eugenies wedding – and he did nothing about it!
The Take That star arrived at the Royal Wedding along with his wife Ayda Fields and her mum Gwen as they all made their way to Windsor Castles St Georges Chapel.
Unfortunately, just like a lot of the guests today, poor Gwen fell victim to the windy weather and her navy hat was swept off and flew up the road behind her.
But while 44-year-old Robbie is the perfect gent usually, he decided to do nothing at all and just stood open-mouthed as his mum-in-law ran after it.
This didnt go down well with fans on Twitter, who couldnt wait to mock the popstar online.
“@robbiewilliams u couldve been chivalrous and run after her hat. Tut tut. Mother-in-law points lost,” wrote one person.
Another said, “Aww poor Gwen. @robbiewilliams, you should have sprinted after that hat! #RoyalWedding.”
While a third added, “#RoyalWedding nice of Robbie Williams and Ayda to help her mum with her hat.”
Even Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford – who are covering the wedding on This Morning – hit out at the star, as Eamonn joked, “Robbie, go after it for her!”
The X Factor judge is a close friend of Princess Eugenie and his six-year-old daughter Theodora Teddy Rose is even one of her bridesmaids along with Princess Charlotte and Zara and Mike Tindalls daughter Mia.
Ellie Goulding, Naomi Campbell, Pixie Geldoff and Kate Moss are among some other famous famous faces who are attending the ceremony which is being held where Prince Harry and the Duchess of Sussex got married five months ago.
Eugenie was given away by her dad, Prince Andrew and watched by her grandmother, the Queen while Prince Philip, Eugenies mum, Fergie, and her sister Beatrice, are also there.
