It's been a tough few months for Strictly professional dancer Neil Jones.
The 35-year-old pro first faced a tricky blow, after being handed the news that he wouldnt be having a celebrity partner on Strictly this year.
And then, came the controversy of his wife Katya Jones being snapped kissing her partner on the show, Seann Walsh, weeks into the competition.
But it seems Neil is looking forward to putting all of that behind him, after sharing a candid post about moving forward.
In the Instagram snap, he gave the first hint of how he reacted to his wifes scandal recently, as he reflected on “s***” being thrown his way, and choosing to “move forward” in his life.
Alongside a photo of himself, he wrote, “Life can throw a lot of s*** your way and Im not afraid to look back I just choose to move forward.
“Do you have a decision to make???? Dont be afraid to make it and move forward in life.”

Fans flocked to the photo to share their support for Neil, and praise him for his positive outlook on life.
One said, Good for you!!!! And it takes more courage to move past difficulty than give up #positive vibes.

The dancing pro appears to be committed to have a good time recently too, after he left viewers in fits of giggles over a recent appearance on It Takes Two.
Neil performed a hilarious comedy skit on the show, as his alter-ego Neil de Jaunse. He led a humorous Waltz tutorial sporting a curly wig and huge glasses, paired with a being turtleneck and tight checked trousers.
Fans were in hysterics over the unusual slot – which gave Neil a rare spotlight on the show.
