The electric blue jumpsuit featured long sleeves which trailed on the floor behind her while a silver belt cinched in at her tiny waist.
Appearing to go braless, the GMB host looked incredible in the plunging number which also included a mesh panel across her chest, and she teamed the look with a pair of brown platform boots.
Kate completed her statement outfit with a smokey eye and neutral lip, and lightly waved her trademark bob to inject even more glamour. She looks amazing, right?
The telly star was attending Globals Make Some Noise Night at Londons Finsbury Square Marquee which was held to help disadvantaged children, young people and their families across the UK.

She also cleaned the shark tank at the Sea Life London Aquarium, appeared on stage in the West End musical Mamma Mia! and even cleaned the dressing rooms of her colleagues at Good Morning Britain.
Meanwhile, Kate was joined at the glitzy gala by husband and wife duo Marvin and Rochelle Humes.
The Saturdays singer Rochelle, 29, looked as just as elegant as ever in a classic black halterneck gown as she cosied up to her hubby.
Posing next to Capital DJ Marvin, the This Morning presenter wore her hair in a sleek bun while keeping her make up neutral and understated.
The likes of Myleene Klass, Jenni Falconer and Strictly Come Dancing star Vick Hope also took to the red carpet looking stylish.
