Jet Airways: The news that the promoter Naresh Goyal is in talks with Etihad for financial support is speculative in nature, the company told stock exchanges. "We are committed to make appropriate disclosures in accordance with applicable regulations to avoid any speculative activities," the company said in a filing.
YES Bank: The board meeting will now take place on December 13 to discuss among other things the appointment of chairman, chief executive and independent director.
Deepak Fertilisers: The company said the income tax team has completed its search and seizure operations at its offices and that normal day-to-day business has resumed fully.
IVRCL: The committee of creditors (CoC) have requested resolution professional (RP) to file necessary application with NCLT on or before the end of CIRP period for liquidation of IVRCL on a going concern basis. The RP is in the process of filing the said application with NCLT, the company said in a filing.
Jaypee Infratech: Lenders of debt-ridden Jaypee Infratech will meet on November 27 possibly to discuss the future course of action after interest shown by five companies to take over the real estate firm.
Kwality: The financial results of the company could not be finalised within the stipulated period. The board of directors has filled the casual vacancy, so caused, by inducting B. Rattan & Associates, Chartered Accountants, who requires a reasonable time for completion of audit works, the company said.
Bank of India: The security of Bank of India will be physically settled from February derivatives expiry onwards, according to a NSE circular. NSE said all new expiry month contracts issued in the security of Bank of India after expiry of November contracts, that is, February expiry onwards will be physical settled.
Shriram City Union Finance: The company said it has appointed Subramanian Jambunathan as the Managing Director & CEO of its housing finance subsidiary, Shriram Housing Finance Limited.
