Flight attendants often have to work long and gruelling shifts.
So to inject a little bit of fun into their routines, they come up with sneaky ways to make them more exciting.
An easy way to do this is to play little pranks on plane passengers.
In a recent interview, a former cabin crew member opened up about the trick shed pull on irritating customers.
Shawn Kathleen, the creator of popular Instagram account Passenger Shaming, spilled the beans about the cheeky game.
She confessed to pulling a joke when serving unruly customers.
Instead of snapping at those who tested her patience, she decided she would be stingy with what she served them.
The former air hostess told Yahoo! Travel: "I'll take a cup and scoop in a lot of ice, and when I pour the soda or juice in, there's like, two tablespoons!"
While this small form of revenge is fun for airline workers, it is a pretty harmless tactic.
Unless a passenger was gasping with thirst, they probably wouldn't even notice.
Surprisingly, this isnt the only form of entertainment that the cabin crew have on board.
Previously, we revealed why they play the “cheerio game”.
In a Cabin Crew forum, employees said that they would use the covert activity to draw attention to good looking customers.
An Australian airline worker explained: “Theres the cheerio game you can play when passengers disembark.
“When youre standing there going buh-bye, thank you, take care etc. when you see someone you fancy, you say cheerio.
“You need to do it with a buddy and the challenge is to keep a straight face.”
