Spotify appears to be down for people in the UK.
Various reports from independent outage detector site DownDetector.co.uk are noticing that Spotify won't load on either their own devices or via the web browser.
“@SpotifyUK hey Spotify! Your website is down, how can I play Christmas music!” asks one frustrated user.
“Oh pants. I was enjoying wrapping presents to music and then @Spotify went down and ruined it” says another.
“Is anyone elses spotify down or acting weird?” asks a third Twitter user.

At the time of writing, we've seen over 400 reports logged on DownDetector.com.
The last update from SpotifyStatus on Twitter was from December 11, and it appears the company has yet to acknowledge today's outage.
The service is offered in both free and paid subscription models: the former serves users with adverts while the latter does not. It appears both versions of the service are down.
We'll let you know as soon as anything is formally announced from the site.
