A lorry driver who paid as little as £20 for young children to be raped so he could watch has been jailed for 21 years.
Alan Porter, 58, was convicted of a catalogue of offences against children in the Philippines.
He paid for children to be abducted, drugged and raped so he could watch videos of them online and arranged to rape and sexually abuse them during future visits.
Hove Crown Court was told Porter packed a suitcase full of chocolate bars and Cadbury Creme Eggs to lure in his victims on his next trip.
His crimes were uncovered in 2017 when an anonymous letter was sent to the police with a memory card.
DC Jackie Keogh said: The letter said Porter had been going to the Philippines for the past 30 years and there had been “talk of rape and drugging street children on his next visit”, and grooming of various children “as young as seven”.

We immediately started to investigate and it became clear that he also asked to engage in sexual acts with several children during future trips.
These included a 15-year-old girl whose virginity he was offered for £280.
Porter, of Ferring, west Sussex was convicted at Hove Crown Court of 17 counts in total.
