A shocking video clip shows members of the public lifting a car up to help a seriously injured cyclist trapped underneath.
The boy, 17, was left fighting for his life after a dark red Ford Focus crashed into him and dragged him along Poplar High Street, in east London.
Police believe the victim was deliberately targeted in the incident, which happened yesterday just before 7pm.
He was rushed to hospital, with medics stating that his injuries will be life-changing.

The video clip, now being shared widely on social media, shows members of the public running over to the vehicle immediately after the crash.
Together, they then lift the cars wheels off the ground, while other people drag the cyclist out from underneath.
Smoke can be seen rising from the vehicles bonnet, after it hit a bollard on the street.

Police say the driver then ran from the scene and has not yet been tracked down.
Officers are now appealing for anyone with dashcam footage of the crash, or witnessed the incident themselves, to come forward.
