England has announced an unchanged starting line-up for the Rugby World Cup final against South Africa on Saturday.

The team to take the field is: Elliot Daly, Anthony Watson, Manu Tuilagi, Owen Farrell, Jonny May; George Ford, Ben Youngs; Mako Vunipola, Jamie George, Kyle Sinckler; Maro Itoje, Courtney Lawes; Tom Curry, Sam Underhill and Billy Vunipola.

The only change in the match-day squad is on the bench, with Ben Spencer replacing the injured Willi Heinz.

Coach Eddie Jones had been expected to go back to the line-up he used against Australia – with Farrell at fly-half but instead he stuck with the side that produced a shock victory against the New Zealand All Blacks last weekend.

Jones said on Thursday: "It has been a good week, the players have been together a while now so it's less about the volume of training, it's more about sharpening the sword.
