Photographers France Duque and Jesse Rambis have been shooting with sharks for five years.

The travel bloggers have paddled with the sea creatures – despite peoples negative perceptions of them.

On their popular @france.and.jesse Instagram page, the pair have shared images of models swimming through shark-infested waters.

Their jaw-dropping pictures have racked up thousands of likes on the platform, where they boast 300,000 followers.

The couple first began sharing their marine photography on Instagram in 2014.

But even before then, they had an appreciation for the sea.

Theyd often spend time paddling with nurse sharks in the Bahamas, where the sharp-toothed fish circle the waters surface.

While the creatures arent deadly, they have bitten tourists in the past.

Despite this, the photographers arent afraid to shoot with them.

The photographers told Daily Star Online: “The shark photos are a some of our favourites!

“The girls are at first usually pretty scared, but after spending a little bit of time in the water with them, they see they are very docile and not threatening.

“The models then relax and lay peacefully with the sharks – it really is a very cool experience.”

In one picture, Jesse can be seen getting close to a baby nurse shark.

She pulls the fish in for a kiss, determined to show the sea creatures softer side.

On the Instagram caption, she wrote: “These are nurse sharks and these little guys have been on the island for generations! We visit them all the time!

“They are extremely tamed and love to be pet.

“They beg for food like dogs, sitting on the dock at low tide and sticking their noses up at you, out of the water.

“They have thick, sand paper like skin and are very affectionate and curious.

“Ive been hanging out with these guys for over 8 years and love them to death so it's saddens me to see them in tanks and in captivity.

“They are just so happy here out in the wild and by them being so sweet and used to people, we use this as an opportunity to get people to visit and learn about sharks.”

In the past, the photographers have also taken pictures with blacktips.
