Hurray! For any fans of presenter Jane McDonald, this announcement will be very welcome news.
It has been confirmed that the former Loose Women stars series, Cruising with Jane McDonald, is set to return to screens for yet another series, premiering in the summer. Yay!
A Channel 5 spokesperson told The Sun, “We can confirm that there will be a new series this summer.” Jane also confirmed the news on her social media pages, saying it was “exciting news”. Indeed!
A source went on to reveal that the renewal was a no-brainer, as the singer “loves” doing the series.
They said, “Jane loves doing the show and viewers love watching it.”

However, it seems that theres no clue yet on where Janes jet-setting adventures will be taking her – and viewers – as the details have not yet been announced.
The source continued, “Theyll have to wait and see where Jane will take them next but while theres sea to sail, Jane will be cruising.”

So far, Jane has entertained viewers with her oceanic antics for three series. In he most recent season of the BAFTA-nominated show, which ended in early March, the 55-year-old headed to a range of exotic locations.
In the first episode, she gave fans a glimpse into life on the coast in California, before heading off in episode two to the decidely colder planes of Iceland. She also explored the waters of the Missisippi and the Mekong.

All previous series of Cruising with Jane McDonald have aired four episodes in total, so its likely that the next series will be the same.
Its also thought that Jane will be visiting four different locations, as she has done in previous seasons. So well be getting to explore some of the worlds best locations with Jane as our tour guide!
