PLANE IN THE A***: A couple's suitcase was lost days before their wedding day
In recent weeks, thousands of Ryanair customers have been affected by strike action and flight cancellations.
While some were stuck in airports for hours, others complained they werent able to get to their destinations.
And for this British couple, travelling with the budget airline was a complete nightmare.
Rebecca Wharmby, 26, and Onochie Eneh, 30, were caught up in the travel disruption last week.
The London-based couple faced delays when flying out to Spain, where they will be getting married on Friday.
After battling through queues and technology problems at Stansted Airport, the pair managed to make it onto the plane.
But their relief was short-lived, as they claim the budget airline lost a suitcase containing their wedding clothes.

Bride-to-be Rebecca spoke to Daily Star Online about the experience, which has left her “sick with stress”.
She recalled: “We were delayed about one hour and nearly missed our flight due to the chaos at Stansted Airport.
“People were spilling out of the airport into the car park and it took us about 20 minutes just to get in the building.
“When we got inside it was worse, everyone was jam packed in and you couldnt move.
“It was awful for those with babies and elderly peopl, as you were being pushed in a huge swarm of people.”

Even though the couple arrived two-and-a-half hours before their flight, they were almost too late to board the plane.
As check-in machines were playing up, they ran into problems checking in their third bag.
Rebecca explained: “We then had to go to the one check in desk being manned by a human, however the queue for this, as you can imagine, was very long.
“We waited and waited and when we finally got to the front the member of staff said he couldnt check the bag in as the flight was closed and we should have got here earlier.
“After what had been two hours of hell we werent going to take this and so explained the situation, the fact that we were flying out for our wedding and said we need to get this bag checked in and get on that flight.
“The member of staff finally agreed and checked the bag in for us.”

The duo breathed a sigh of relief as they boarded the plane. But upon arrival at Malaga airport, they soon realised that one of their bags hadnt made it to the destination.
Rebecca said: “All of our bags came pretty quickly, bar one which was my partners main suitcase with all of his clothes, including his wedding suit and shoes etc.
“We waited and waited and began to become very worried. I searched all of the other luggage belts, hoping it may have been added to the wrong one, but to no avail.
“After waiting and waiting, it was clear the bag was not there.”
A week before their wedding, Onochie has been tasked with finding an alternative outfit.
The groom is also upset that he has lost some sentimental wedding gifts and favours.
Rebecca revealed: “He is so devastated and its really put a dampener on the celebrations.
“He has no clothes so weve had to go out and buy him a new holiday wardrobe, not to mention outfits for the wedding celebrations.
“His suit has been the main concern. Hes 6'5 tall, so hes not the easiest person to find clothes for and so weve had to reorder the suit from the UK and ask a family member to bring it out, then track down a tailor in Seville that can turn it around in 24 hours.”

The pair claim that Ryanair has ignored their complaints and done nothing to rectify the problem.
Their calls to Malaga airport, tweets and phonecalls have apparently all been ignored.
Rebecca said: “Weve been sick with stress since weve arrived, not to mention our parents who have both been so worried too.
“Ultimately, what would have made the whole situation more bearable would have been the ability to speak to someone at the airline and receive some reassurances that they are doing everything they can to help.
“Instead, we have just been left in the dark and still have no answers.”
Daily Star Online has approached Ryanair for comment and is currently awaiting a response.
