In the clip, a woman starts laughing at the camera before turning it towards an unsuspecting pair on the other side of the deck.
A woman wearing an animal-print coat can be seen filing the toenails of a male passenger, who is nestled up with a zebra-print neck pillow.
Although his face is blurred, the man is clearly off in the land of nod as his fellow passenger goes to town on his toenails.
The perplexing clip has gained more than 155,000 views since its upload yesterday (December 17).
And viewers are understandably baffled by just how ignorant people can be on planes.
One person asked: “Gross… what is wrong with people?”
Another commented: “People are disgusting.”
A third added: “Why do so many people decide a plane is the place to play with their feet!?”
While another pointed out: “Its about to get a lot (if not already) more disgusting everywhere due to the holidays.”
And it looks like high-altitude pedicures are already taking off, pardon the pun.
Last month, a passenger filmed a woman filing a mans toenails mid-flight.
And during the summer, the trend of the season was mid-flight yoga, of all things.
