Theres nothing worse than sharing a long plane journey with inconsiderate flyers.
Whether its someone kicking your chair throughout the journey, or those who hog all the leg room, it can be easy to get peeved when youre in the air.
While these are all common occurrences, holidaymakers were shocked by the parenting habits of a passenger this week.
A mum came under fire for getting her child to use a potty in the aisle.
So how would you react to this controversial move?
The awkward moment was recalled on popular Instagram page, Passenger Shaming.
Alongside an image of the incident, the account explained: “Pro travel parenting tip: Use the lavatory for your child.
“BACKSTORY: Parent brings own potty seat on board, sets it in aisle mid flight to have child use (in front of everyone).
“When discovered by crew was advised she couldnt do this and would need to utilise the unoccupied lavatory…
“And her reply… I dont give a s***!”
LOO MUST BE JOKING! Many were fuming at this 'disgusting' parent (Pic: INSTAGRAM/passenger shaming)
In just 24 hours, the post has racked up 8,600 likes and dozens of comments.
And unsurprisingly, the plane picture sparked uproar online.
Many blasted the parent for her lack of consideration and called the actions “disgusting”.
One commenter questioned: "Just don't understand people….like what part of that seemed ok?
Another said: “Thats just gross and disgusting.
“Too bad they couldnt kick the mum off mid flight. I hope shes banned from all modes of public transport forever.”
As well as feeling disgusted on behalf of the surrounding plane passengers, many felt sorry for the child pictured.
One Instagram user wrote: “That poor child. Sad on so many levels.”
Another asked: “Aside from the fact that its not sanitary to do right there, has she no concerns for the privacy of her child?”
A third added: “Ew! So many creeps out there. Why would you put your kid out there like that?”
Despite the negativity surrounding the potty incident, others were more symptathetic towards the parent.
One commenter wrote: "Hats up for every mother doesnt give a s*** about rules labeling and everything else when it comes for the health or the comfort of their kids!
"She is a great mom and you will understand this act when you practice motherhood right!”
Another joked: “When you gotta go… you gotta go!”
