An 11-year-old girl is in a critical condition after a knife attack on her family at their house in north London.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following the attack, in which a woman in her thirties and three girls all aged under 12 were stabbed.
Police were called shortly after noon on Saturday to an address on Livingstone Road in Enfield.
The four victims were taken to hospital and following intensive treatment the woman and two of the children are now in a non-life threatening condition.
An 11-year-old girl remains in a critical condition.

A Metropolitan Police spokeswoman said: "Officers are not looking for anyone else in relation to this incident.
"The attacker was known to the victims. There is no further risk to the public at this time."

One neighbour who asked not to be named said: "I heard screaming and then I saw a woman lying down on the ground where the (police) tent is.
"She looked in really bad shape. Then I saw a 10-year-old girl on the floor. She was in very bad shape too. I'm not sure about the others. It's awful."
